Our Out of the Blue dress has a regular fit, sleeveless top decorated with ruffles and oversized fan bow at waist. Attached at the waist is a full gathered skirt. The top is made in out off-white cotton with skirt contrast in our navy cotton, viscose blend. Fully lined in cotton voile. Fastens at centre back with invisible zip. Finished with branded metal tag at waist.
