Our new Cloud 9 dress has a regular fit, sleeveless body. An oversized bow is draped across the chest creating a fun, dramatic statement. The skirt is gathered at the waist with tulle layers and 2 3D flowers decorating right side. The dress base is made in our off-white cotton with bow, flowers, and overskirt layers in white tulle. Fully lined in cotton voile. Fastens at centre back with invisible zip. Finished with branded metal tag at waist.
