Our new Balloon Dress has a regular fit body with balloon sleeves and a tiered skirt. The skirt has a yoke panel with pockets with a skirt attached to a wavy seam. The top is made in off-white cotton with skirt made in our luxury blue ornamental flower jacquard. Fully lined in cotton voile. Fastens at centre back with invisible zip. Finished with branded metal tag at waist.
