Behind The Film Dress
The Film dress was first seen in for Spring Summer ’17 in bright royal red with white binding. A classic colour-way for a striking new dress. Autumn Winter ’17 we saw the Film skirt which was directly influenced from the dress. This season it is back due to popular demand.
The Film Dress is an exciting and innovative style from Jessie and James. It features a fitted sleeveless body with a unique and playful skirt. Created with lots of petal pieces joined together and folded to created natural drapes of the skirt.
A contrast binding around each petal outlines the lovely drapes and adds an extra JJ touch. A contrast waist belt finishes the dress off making if perfect for those summer parties. We love this style.
We are sure this dress is already on its way to becoming as classic as our Wavy and Lily dress styles.
