Our Tara Dress has a regular fit body with gathering at neck, dropped shoulder with balloon like puffy 3/4 length sleeves and drawn in waist. Attached at the waist is a full gathered skirt yoke with longer skirt panel attached. Made in a green flower patches cotton with ties contrast in navy cotton. Fully lined in cotton voile. Fastens at centre back with invisible zip. Finished with branded metal tag at skirt yoke.
