Our Romana shirting dress has a fitted, sleeveless body with collar and hidden button placket. Two layers of frills decorate the top with a gathered skirt attached at the waist and finished with a bow belt. The body, first frill and belt are made in our soft off-white cotton with second frill and skirt made in our luxury shimmering blue glitter jacquard polyester cotton mix base. Fully lined in cotton voile, fastens at centre front with amber buttons and finished with branded metal tag at waist.
