Our new Cloud 9 dress has a regular fit, sleeveless body. An oversized bow is draped across the chest creating a fun, dramatic statement. The skirt is gathered at the waist with tulle layers and 2 3D flowers decorating right side. The dress base is made in our pale blue cotton with bow, flowers, and overskirt layers in light blue tulle. Fully lined in cotton voile. Fastens at centre back with invisible zip. Finished with branded metal tag at waist.
