Our new Blustery dress has a regular fit, sleeveless body. Decorating the top are 3 layers of spiral frills draped and twisted to create a unique silhouette. Attached the waist is a full circular skirt. Made in rich navy cotton, viscose blend with frills bound in off-white cotton. Fully lined in cotton voile. Fastens at centre back with invisible zip and covered button at skirt overwrap. Finished with branded metal tag at waist.
