Our Betsy Dress has a regular fit with 3/4 length puff sleeves and frilly skirt hem. Attached to a chest yoke is a small frill and full gathered skirt, with frill hem, creating a slight A-Line silhouette. Made in navy and yellow flower cotton. Fully lined in cotton voile. Fastens at centre back with invisible zip. Finished with branded metal tag at frill skirt hem.
