By placing an order with Jessie and James you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
How to return or exchange
Jessie and James are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of your order being delivered. All tags must be intact for the return/exchange to be processed. All items must be returned unworn and in the condition in which they were received. If the item is for an exchange we would recommend reusing the original packaging for its return.
Please enclose our standard returns form listing the item(s) you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange or refund.Please use the pre-prepared address label attached to the bottom of the returns form, on your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items, however Jessie and James will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge. Jessie and James will not offer a refund on returned items that are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting receipt. Please be aware that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original purchaser.
Terms and Conditions on returns
All orders placed on the website will be accompanied by a Returns Card, if you wish to return/exchange your order please fill in all of the required information on your Returns Card and return it to the stated address. We must recieve all returns/exchanges of items within 14 days of your order being shipped. All tags must be intact for the return/exchange to be processes. All items must be returned in the condition that they were received. Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your relevant part of your order. Jessie and James will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customers.
Refunds will only be credited to the original purchaser's card and we are unable to refund an item without an order number or contact name. Please note that Postage costs will apply for exchanges. Receipt of the returned goods Jessie and James will give you a full refund of exactly what you paid for the item but not the postage, or an exchange credit if required. Goods must be returned to Jessie and James in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
