refunds & exchanges
Jessie and James are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of your order being shipped. All tags must be intact for the return/exchange to be processed. All items must be returned unworn and in the condition in which they were received. If the item is for an exchange we would recommend reusing the original packaging for its return.
Please enclose our standard returns form listing the item(s) you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange or refund.Please use the pre-prepared address label attached to the bottom of the returns form, on your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items, however Jessie and James will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge. Jessie and James will not offer a refund on returned items that are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting receipt. Please be aware that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original purchaser.
