We aim for our delivery and returns service to be as easy for all our customers as possible. All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday are despatched the same day - except during exceptionally busy periods and sale times when 48 hours may be required. Most orders are despatched as quickly as possible, subject to payment and stock availability. If any item is out of stock we will advise you promptly. Delivery times, once despatched and post and packaging are charged as follows:-

FREE shipping on UK orders over £150
Special delivery (mainland) - £5.50 – We pay the rest for a fully tracked parcel guaranteed next working day. Orders must be placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to receive the parcel it will be redelivered the next day.
Europe
FREE shipping on European orders over £150
Special delivery Airsure-£12.00- We aim to deliver within 3 working days. A signature will be required upon receipt.
USA, Middle East & Rest of the World
FREE shipping on worldwide orders over £150
Express delivery-£18.00 - We aim to deliver wihin 4-8 working days. A signature will be required upon receipt. Import Duties-If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and please be aware these may cause a delay to your delivery. Full payment will be required before the order is dispatched.
